ADSS Screenings

Oregon law requires anyone who is under a diversion agreement for or convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) to complete an ADSS Screening with the designated Alcohol & Drug Screening Specialist for the county in which the DUII occurred. Hilltop Evaluations is certified by the Oregon Health Authority to provide ADSS services for Courts in Clackamas County, Yamhill County, and 7th Judicial District. Please call our office to schedule your ADSS Screening.

  • Who It's for: Individuals required by the court to complete an ADSS Screening.
  • What to Expect: A one-on-one session to review your DUII court requirements and determine the next steps.

ASAM Evaluations

All evaluations start with a comprehensive interview with an evaluator who will collect a range of information regarding substance use and biopsychosocial functioning. The ASAM evaluation will provide substance use disorder diagnoses as determined by the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition, as well as to recommend the appropriate level of clinical treatment as determined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, The ASAM Criteria: Treatment Criteria for Addictive, Substance-Related, and Co-Occurring Conditions, 3rd Edition.

DUII Victim Impact Panel

The DUII Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is an educational session where people share their own stories and experiences with driving under the influence. The panel is designed to increase awareness of the devastating consequences of impaired driving.

  • Who It's for: Individuals with a court order to attend a Victim Impact Panel.
  • What to Expect: A powerful and impactful session that provides real life stories, follow-up quizzes, and access your certificate.
